I love these citrus presses {
orange,
lemon,
lime}. Besides being color coded, they are also sized for their particular fruit. This is the best way to assure you get the most juice out of your citrus. Between $14 and $16, this set would make a darling house-warming gift in a basket of fresh oranges, lemons, and limes.

I love my citris press. I did receive it as a wedding gift. Although, i have to admit, they can be tricky. Common sense (mine anyway) would be to place half a lemon so that it is cradled in the device, like an egg in an egg cup. Anyway, that is not the proper way to use it. I found out the hard way and burned my eyes out by squeezing lemon juice all over my face. Kitchen tools are dangerous - don't be decieved by their cute colors.
Amie,
The same exact thing happened to me. I think since these tools don't come with directions it's probably a lesson most owners have experienced. Sadly.
