GOOD WINTER FOOTWEAR

I've been at a loss for what to wear this winter. My feet are always cold and I ruin everything by walking through the mounds of snow that lay piled around the streets and sidewalks. Not snow proof and easily ruined, I'd love to give these a walk-about.
