FROZEN DINNERS

I'm not a big fan of frozen dinners but sometimes they can really save me from cooking. Especially when Nate is traveling and I get home from work late. On such days, I usually stop off at the Good Earth health food store and pick up an Amy's frozen dinner. They are "relatively" healthy and pretty good to taste. It's still a frozen dinner, but it's better then spongy broccoli or mushy pasta which you get with many others. They run about $3. 75 per dinner.

Indian Mattar Paneer
Tender organic peas and Indian cheese in an authentic delicately spiced sauce. Golden carrots, onions and cumin add flavor and color to the organic basmati rice. Curried chana masala made with organic garbanzo beans and sweet tomatoes round out this delicious meal.
