I happened onto this great idea from Martha Stewart. If you don't have a buffet to showcase your lovely things, consider collecting some clear glass domes and showing off your wares beneath them. Anything kept under a glass dome seems so much prettier and more cherished.
I'm very excited to consider things like this for my new house. Just two more months and we'll be in and I'll probably talk of nothing else.

I have a few bell jars but I'm not sold on displaying them like this...I'll have to think about it.
I'd never do this with my current dishes. They are cute but not worthy of going to this trouble.If I got some rad dishes when traveling I might consider it...but I'm more of a sideboard or shelf kind of person. It's cute though.
