EAT POMELO

This is a pomelo. Pomelos natively grow in China, Japan, India, Fiji, Malaysia, and Thailand. But lucky for me they also grow them here in the US in Florida and California.
If you peel the pomelo it looks nearly like a grapefruit {even tastes similar...but better}. It's a bit difficult to eat because of the thick membranes around the segments. Make sure you peel them and eat only the segments.
A quarter of this fruit has 60 calories and provides about 130% of your daily dose of vitamin C.
The reason I'm telling you about it now is because they are in season. You should be able to find them in your local markets. EAT THEM!
