ORGANIZING YOUR MUDROOM

Not everyone has a mudroom. In fact, I don't think this type of room existed before Martha began influencing our lives. But now, even if it's a very small space, the mudroom is an essential transition from outside to inside. I renewed my subscription to Living and received a cute little "organizing handbook" that had several ideas for different rooms.
One idea I particularly liked was the boot rack pictured here. All it requires is a baking pan and a cooling rack from your baking supply store and you can save yourself a lot of mopping and cleaning during the winter months. I will be doing something similar to this in our mudroom/laundry room. {sorry about the tiny image from marthastewart.com}
