I'm in Rome right now, and last night I even ordered a ginger-based dish instead of the usual Italian suspects (I.e., basil, tarragon, oregano...). Of course, I chose Ginger. My life makes complete sense now. Thanks Tonia (aka. Sweet Basil) for uncovering my holy grail.
