I was sitting next to the mom of a tween today. She was my age (keep in mind i have no children yet so i'm mystified). Anyway, she made some comment about not watching Dark Knight because of the pencil scene. Then she shuddered like it was the. worst. thing. ever. I thought, is that what has to happen to me in order to be someone's mom? Because that pencil scene didn't phase me in the least.
Of course not T, there are plenty of moms out there with a similar sense of conscience. Unfortunately, their children live in half-way houses now. JK, it took me a solid minute and a half to determine what the "pencil scene" was. Apparently, it's all skittles and rainbows to me.
I use the word "babe" too much, I'm always making changes to my life soundtrack, I have aspirations of being good at everything I do, I nervously pick at my cuticles, I have a rad baby girl named Clementine.

I remember having to warn my Mom about that part in the beginning because she's such a prude. That is one of Brandon's and my favorite movies ever.
