You get to pick your charm from a large selection and place it on a pretty piece of silk ribbon. Whomever receives this pretty gift will make a wish. Once the silk ribbon wears out, their wish should come true. I'm not superstitious, but I like the idea of a gift promising something great once it's worn out.
